At Lincoln Family Medicine Center, our fees are based upon the nature of the presenting problem, time involved with each patient, and the services rendered to the individual.
We believe that patients should bear the responsibility for their own healthcare costs to the extent of their financial ability.
We also believe that no person in our care should go without needed services because they are unable to pay. Our business office staff is ready to help you. Ask one of them when you visit our office, or call us at 402-483-4571. Our goal is to make quality healthcare available to you.
Filing of health insurance can be complicated. We are happy to file your claims through our office. Please bring your insurance card with you to each visit. We participate in Medicare, Medicaid, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and most major insurance companies.
Each insurance policy is different and your insurance company may not cover all services. You may be responsible to pay for some services. Remember, your health coverage is a contract between you and your insurance company. It is not an agreement between the insurance company and the doctor. This means that you are responsible for any deductibles, copays, or services not covered by your plan.
Patients with no insurance will receive a 30% discount for a physician's professional services paid in full at the time of the visit.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards, in addition to cash and personal checks.
Patients who are financially unable to meet the provisions above for payment may apply for need-based discounts. Please contact the business office to apply. Decisions are made on an individual basis. Our office may require documentation of income to make an appropriate determination.
Our expectation is that you pay promptly. All bills are due when the statement is received. If you are unable to pay, please contact the business office to make arrangements. We offer budget plans requiring a monthly payment. As long as the agreed payments are made, we will not institute collection procedures.
