Andrew Cook, PA-C

Andrew is passionate about caring for people across all stages of life. His path to medicine began early through job shadowing experiences that helped him discover a love for healthcare. He chose to become a Physician Assistant because it offers him a balance of strong medical training, flexibility, and the opportunity to connect with patients. After briefly working in orthopedic spine surgery, Andrew felt drawn back to the heart of family medicine, where he could fully use his training and build long-term relationships with patients.

I value being a trusted partner in health and enjoy supporting individuals and families in reaching their wellness goals through all stages of life.
— Andrew Cook, PA-C

Born in Lincoln, Andrew's family moved to Scottsbluff when he was 12. He earned his bachelor’s degree in biochemistry from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln before completing his Master of Physician Assistant Studies at Union College (now Union Adventist University). He joined Lincoln Family Medicine Center in 2023 and is grateful to serve as a primary care provider for patients all across Lincoln.

Andrew and his wife (she is from Spain) love traveling, exploring new cultures, and trying new foods. Andrew also enjoys biking, skiing, and snowboarding, working on cars and his motorcycle, and spending time caring for their home and yard.
